Mission: To meet the demand for animal meat by providing animal health services, increasing animal production and productivity and adding value.
Objectives of establishing the farm:
Ensuring safe, adequate and quality animal feed for all and livestock development.
Encouraging people to set up farms at rural level.
Distribution of growing children among small, medium farmers and people.
Eliminating unemployment by creating self-employment opportunities for unemployed youth through poultry rearing.
To provide necessary technical advice to farmers on poultry rearing and biosecurity.
To play a role in meeting the demand of safe animal meat.
Services provided to the public:
To sell 1 day old chicks produced in the farm at government price.
Distribution of growing children at government prices among the public.
Encouraging people to set up poultry farms at rural level.
To provide necessary advice to the interested persons regarding establishment and management of farms.
Providing necessary advice on husbandry and management to ongoing farm owners and poultry keepers.
